Financial Assistance
Most private insurances, managed care plans and CHIP are accepted. A sliding fee scale is also available for those who qualify.

Together, let’s check up on your child’s health with scheduled well-child visits – before they get sick. Our Centers, located in Wayne and Pike Counties, offer a safe environment in which to receive care. Our board-certified and board-eligible pediatricians as well as our advanced practice providers offer comprehensive pediatric care to children from birth to age 18.
Well Child Services
- Physical Examination – This may include checking blood pressure level, vision, or hearing, listening to the lungs and feeling the abdomen for any abnormalities.
- Depending upon the child’s age, screening tests may be ordered for anemia, lead exposure, or tuberculosis.
- Immunizations
- Adolescents & Teenagers: well-child visits afford the young person a chance to address any health issues, including sexual behavior, substance use and mental health concerns.
