Affordable care options and help enrolling in coverage are available.Integrates Behavioral Health Services is a collaborative team approach which provides behavioral health access to WHCHC patients within primary care offices to address the following:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Feeling overwhelmed
- Dealing with an acute stressor
- Struggling to manage chronic medical conditions
- Desire to speak to a therapist
What is offered:
- Behavioral Health Screening
- Real time assessment
- Preventative care through a team approach
- Brief or expanded therapy on a flexible schedule
- Psychiatric assessment and short-term stabilization
How can I get started?
To access IOC Services, individuals must be an active patient with Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers. Talk to your provider and they can make a referral.
