As a certified family nurse practitioner, Nancy Greer MSN, CRNP, NP-C, is an advanced practice provider who diagnoses and treats acute and chronic conditions for patients age eighteen years old to adult. She performs physical exams, orders and interprets diagnostic studies, performs procedures and determines the need for specialist intervention. Nancy has been a nurse practitioner since 2004 with experience in primary care, internal medicine, geriatrics, women’s health and urgent care. She joined Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers in 2023.
