About the Provider
As a certified family nurse practitioner, Mary “Katie” Waldrep, CRNP, FNP-C, provides comprehensive primary healthcare for adult patients focusing on preventive care, disease management, patient education, and health promotion. She assesses patients, diagnoses illnesses, orders and interprets diagnostic tests, and prescribes medications. Katie also refers to specialists as needed. She joined Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers in 2025.
