About the Provider
As a board-certified family nurse practitioner for the Honesdale VA Outpatient Clinic, Jessica Woodmansee, CRNP offers eligible veterans access to a continuum of care from prevention to diagnosis and treatment, to appropriate follow-up and referral. She provides both primary care and women’s health services. Jessica joined Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers in 2021.
