About the Provider
As a certified registered nurse practitioner, Janet Eisele, MSN, CRNP, is a registered nurse who has advanced educational and clinical training in a healthcare specialty area. Janet sees patients from birth to eighteen years old. She provides diagnosis, treatment and management of illnesses as well as monitoring of childhood growth and development, performing yearly routine physicals and administering immunizations.
Janet has treated patients in Wayne, Pike, and Lackawanna Counties in PA as well as bordering counties in New York and New Jersey since 1999 as a CRNP of Pediatric Practices of Northeastern PA (PPNP). PPNP transitioned from an independently owned to member-organization practice in 2019 when it joined Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers.
