Access the Portal

The Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers Portal facilitates better communication with your healthcare provider’s office. You can access the portal 24/7 from the comfort and privacy of your own home or office. Through the portal you will be able to request  appointments and receive reminders, access test results (results are published immediately and may include a message from your provider), join a telehealth visit, pay your bill online and more.

New patients can set up a portal account in two ways:

Downloading the free healow app available on The Apple app store and Google Play Store. After downloading the App, enter practice code DDBFDD (this code is for all WMCHC offices), enter your portal username and password to login. Finally, set up a PIN number of your choice.

Providing your email address to the front office staff at your physician’s office to receive an email invite from no-reply@eclinicalmail.com. Then follow the prompts.
