We’re caring for our community seven days a week.
At Lake Region Walk-In Care we evaluate and treat patients age one and older for conditions including by not limited to the following: allergic reactions, back pain, burns (minor), cold and flu symptoms, diarrhea, earaches, foreign body removal, laceration repairs, nausea, orthopedic injuries, sprains, strains, tick removal, upper respiratory infections, urinary tract infections and vomiting.

*If you are experiencing a true medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room. Symptoms indicating the need for a higher level of care include but are not limited to chest pain, shortness of breath, any weakness, numbness, blurred and/or double vision, trouble speaking or swallowing. Patients experiencing abdominal pain, black or bloody stools should also report to a hospital emergency room.
Insurance
We accept most major insurances, managed care plans and Medical Assistance. We also offer a sliding fee scale for those who qualify based on income. For specific information regarding billing, please call (607) 637-5435, (570) 251-6641 or (570) 253-8226.
Insurance Plans Outside of Pennsylvania
WMCHC participates with many out-of-state insurance plans. However, there are some such as New York State Medicaid plans that refuse to contract with our organization. Those patients will have to pay out of pocket for services.
