CATHERINE PATRICK PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER AND ASSOCIATE PROGRAM DIRECTOR FOR WMCHC’S RESIDENCY PROGRAM

Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers (WMCHC) is pleased to welcome Catherine Patrick, DO, who will be serving a dual role within the organization. In addition to providing primary care to patients age 14 through adult at the Highland Physician Family Health Center, Dr. Patrick has also been appointed Associate Program Director of WMCHC’s Family Medicine Residency Program. The program officially launched in July of 2025.
“I am looking forward to working in a practice that offers resources to the population that is served,” stated Dr. Patrick regarding her new position.
Prior to joining WMCHC, Dr. Patrick was employed as a primary care physician at PrimeMed Medical Group in Dunmore where she had been practicing since 2019. Additionally, she serves as faculty for A.T. Still University.
After receiving her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from Lake Erie College, Erie, PA, Dr. Patrick completed her residency in Family Medicine at The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education.
