About the Provider
As an adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner, Scott Tiberi, AGPCNP, provides comprehensive primary healthcare for adolescents, adults, and older adults, focusing on preventive care, disease management, patient education, and health promotion across the adult lifespan.
