About the Provider
As a certified nurse practitioner, Stephanie Wolloff, RN, MSN, DNS, FNP-BC, provides high-quality healthcare services similar to those of a physician. Besides clinical care, nurse practitioners focus on health promotion, disease prevention, health education and counseling. Stephanie provides a complete range of services including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions as well as immunizations and physicals. She joined Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers in 2023.
