About the Provider
As a dual-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner, Breann Striefsky, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, offers integrated, compassionate care that supports both the mind and body.
Breann provides psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, medication management, and brief therapy for individuals across the lifespan — from childhood through adulthood. She is an essential member of the integrated behavioral health care team of Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers. Concerns addressed include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and the emotional impact of chronic illnesses.
