About the Provider
As a walk-in provider and certified physician assistant, Nicole Sklareski PA-C treats conditions such as sprains, minor lacerations, colds and allergic reactions in patients age two years old to adults. She refers patients needing ongoing care to their primary care provider. Nicole joined Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers in 2015.
