About the Provider
As a board-certified family nurse practitioner, Sabrina Shander, CRNP, FNP-C, provides comprehensive primary care including physical assessments as well as diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. She works with patients to develop health plans specific to their medical history, lifestyle and personal preferences. She prescribes medications, orders tests and analyzes results as well as educates patients on disease prevention.
Sabrina joined Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers in 2023.
