About the Provider
As a family nurse practitioner, Lynn Salvati, MSN, FNP-C, treats patients from age five years old to adult. She provides a complete range of services including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, EKG, suturing of minor lacerations, immunizations, school physicals, driver’s physicals and CDL physicals. Lynn joined Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers in 2018.
