About the Provider
As a board-certified physician assistant with a focus on family medicine, Breanne Phillips, PA-C, diagnoses and treats acute and chronic conditions for patients age sixteen years old to adult. She performs physical exams, orders and interprets laboratory and radiological studies and determines the need for specialist intervention. Additionally, she provides immunizations, suturing of minor lacerations, as well as school and driver’s physicals.
Throughout her career, Breanne has worked in the specialties of family practice, cardiology, urgent care and pain management in Pennsylvania and New York.
Phillips was born and raised in the Honesdale, PA area. She joined Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers in 2024 bringing with her more than 10 years of experience
