About the Provider
As a board-certified family physician, Traceyan Mendez, MD, treats patients ranging from age two to adult for routine exams, management of chronic disease and immunizations. She utilizes an integrated approach including education and resources to help patients improve their overall health. Dr. Mendez also provides a complete range of diagnostic and treatment services including treatment of acute conditions, minor office procedures and conducting physicals.
Dr. Mendez joined WMCHC in 2021 providing primary care at the Highland Physicians Family Health Center in Honesdale until transferring her practice to the Pike Family Health Center in 2023.
