About the Provider

As a family physician, T.J. Luma, MD, treats patients ranging from newborn to geriatric for routine exams, management of chronic disease, immunizations and diagnosis and treatment of acute conditions. Dr. Luma says while his “favorite patient population is kids” he enjoys “delivering ongoing comprehensive primary care to people of all ages and genders.” His philosophy of medicine, whether offering preventive, acute, chronic, mental health or women’s health care is “to take a whole person, patient-centered approach.” Dr. Luma joined Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers in 2020.
