About the Provider
As a walk-in provider and a certified registered nurse practitioner, Perry Langbein, CRNP, treats non-life-threatening conditions such as sprains, minor lacerations, colds and allergic reactions in children age 1 and older and adults. He refers patients needing ongoing care to their primary provider. Prior to joining Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers in 2022, and becoming a family nurse practitioner, Perry had been a registered nurse at Moses Taylor Hospital since 2017.
