About the Provider

As a certified registered nurse practitioner, Susan Hanson, CRNP, provides comprehensive primary healthcare for patients from age sixteen years old to geriatrics focusing on preventive care, disease management, patient education, and health promotion. She assesses patients, diagnoses illnesses, orders and interprets diagnostic tests, and prescribes medications. Susan also refers to specialists as needed. 

Susan had been a provider at Highland Physicians, LTD since 1997 before the practice transitioned from an independently owned to a member-organization in 2015 when it joined Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers.
