Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) For Substance Use Disorders

Affordable care options and help enrolling in coverage are available.Our MAT program is a combination of both FDA-approved medications and counseling. A team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, an LPN, medical assistants and therapists who are Certified Advance Alcohol and Drug Counselors are all here to help you. Medications are administered in our clinical suite which consists of two private treatment rooms and a nursing station, and is located separately from the therapy offices.
Three types of MAT are offered: Vivitrol – a monthly opioid blocker for patients free of opioids for at least five days; Sublocade or Brixadi– monthly Buprenorphine injection. Our practice does not prescribe maintenance oral Buprenorphine.
Patients may self-refer to our program. Same day or next day appointments for MAT intakes are scheduled when available.
